Day Two - Sidney, BC and Victoria, BC

Just an example of how breathtakingly exquisite the flowers and scenery are in Victoria.

We hung out for several hours this morning in Friday Harbor before we were able to catch the ferry.  We did some sightseeing and some shopping (got some souvenirs of course).  Early evening we arrived in Sidney, BC and immediately headed to Victoria.  It’s really weird that street signs are in Kilometers and meters.  And, of course we are a bit confused on currency exchange.  We are not very experienced or prepared/educated travelers on some of this stuff that seems like pretty basic info but it’s kind of fun flying by the seat of our pants.  We will stay here in Victoria tonight and tomorrow night and from there go to Vancouver.  We are still unsure if we will try to make it to Banff or Lake Louise, we just want to take our time and see what we can.
