Day Three - Whale watching and a ghost tour

With great intentions today, day three in Victoria (the Garden City) has been an extremely trying day. With our exhaustion catching up to us and our patients growing very thin, this has not been an easy day! We did start out our morning with the Royal Blue Line sightseeing bus tour. Saw some beautiful houses and buildings, there is a lot of great architecture here. From there went to the Five Start whale watching tour. Saw several whales over the course of the three hour tour. The whale watching tour wasn’t quite what I anticipated as in my mind I saw Shamu leaping out of the water into the air. In all actuality, you get to see their fins and tail come out of the water and go right back down while they are feeding (eating two to three hundred pounds of fish a day). It was still amazing though to be so close to them in their natural environment and we did get to see the three whale families that live in the area.
Okay, went on the ghost walk tour by myself as mom and I were not eye to eye at the moment and she decided against the tour at the last minute. Anyways, the tour was a huge let down! They story tellers did not do a very convincing job and it just wasn’t creepy.
