Passing Stjørdal
The municipality of Stjørdal is situated only 35 km east of Trondheim, and has a population of around 19.000 inhabitants. Around 10.000 people live in the centre of Stjørdal. Stjørdal is a communication centre of the central Norway, with Trondheim airport, Værnes, several motorways, railroad and a harbour. This makes Stjørdal host for many seminars, congresses and meetings. There are over 1300 companies and traders in in Stjørdal employing over 8000 people, with puplic services, stores, hotells and resturants as the biggest industries. Over 400 clubs and socities gives a rich cultural span in Stjørdal.
From Stjørdal I have to drive east to come to Storlien Sweden. I`m driving through agriculture landscape with lots of farms with cows and sheeps.
