Geezzz...42 dollars.. come on !!! however... after navigating the narrow, curvy roads of the pacific coast for hours...getting lost in Napa for a while...traveling in rush hour traffic on I80...I am sooo thankful to have a place to rest for the eve...it is funny... at KOA's and more plush camping spots... my rig is always delegated to the back row... behind the super-duper shiny, bus like RVers... that's okay I tend to be a back row kinda girl...this KOA has a little lake at the back of the property... Zula is entranced by the water birds that are floating by...

So, I decided to leave the Pacific Coast... only because the drive was getting a little exhauting... lots of hills...and turns and hills with turns... I will post some pictures... you'll see what I am talking about...

The Pacific Coast was AMAZING!!!! I almost cried when I turned off the PCH1 to head into Santa Rosa... I noticed I was not too far from Napa and Sonoma...so I made my way in that direction...nice.. very nice... did not stop at any wineries... saw some of the great ones thought.. Blackstone, St. Francis, Chateau St. Jean...

Will wake tomoroow and make a decision about which direction I will head... I could go east on I80, back into Truckee and then continue as I had planned... into Utah... or I may wake up manana and decide to go further south and stay in California...

regardless, am happy I am here... the animules are happy the house is not moving... the kitties have come out of hiding and are showing their cute little faces.. Yaya likes to sit at the screen door... Itchie on the table...all is well!!!
