Sololá and Panajachel, Guatemala

Before actually arriving at our destination, we had a quick stop in Sololá before going on our way to Panajachel. Another pretty town, similar to Chichi, with lots and lots of colors all over!
Panajachel is another must-see town if in the area. Beautiful town on Lake Atitlán, however a bit touristy also. We managed to find a hostal for dirt cheap . . . not the Hilton though! Otherwise, “Pana” is a cute town located on Lago Atitlán, where we could get a view of the volcanoes nearby - Volcán Atitlán, Volcán San Pedro and Volcán Tolimán. We just wish the weather could have been better . . . maybe next time.
