Juliaca, Perú
Quick stop in the town of Juliaca before continuing onward to Cusco; And you're not gonna believe where we slept . . . with the firefighters!!!! A first for both Arnaud and I, and an incredible experience! I thought I'd feel awkward, but no!!! Crazy!!! I still can't believe we had the nerve to ask them if we could crash there! These guys were awesome!! And of course, Arnaud, just had to slide down the pole!! I was too afraid to, so I just watched and snapped the shot!! Fun time, gotta crash another firestation soon!!
Il y a juste 1 chose a dire ici, c est MERCI aux pompiers. On est arrive dans cette ville a 9h du soir, en pleine nuit quoi, et le mec qui nous avait pris en stop, propose de nous amener chez les bomberos. Et la naturellement, apres avoir parle au chef, nous ont ouvert leurs portes et donne un lit pour la nuit. J ai eu l honneur aussi de descendre la barre pour les urgences, voir photos, donc merci a vous.
