Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná, Brazil - Visit to Cataratas do Iguaçú and view of Devil's Throat

Back in Foz do Iguaçú!!! What a relief!!

Getting here was a pain and took a while, but it was worth it all!! And hey, the important thing is that we got here! And twice!! No regrets! The Iguazu Waterfalls were absolutely breathtaking!

The first time 'round we were in such a hurry to make it to Rio for Carnaval, that we didn't even think about stopping to check out the waterfalls at Iguazu National Park. This time around though we weren't gonna leave without visiting this natural wonder.

A bit of info . . . the Cataratas do Iguaçú are waterfalls of the Iguazu River, located on the border of the Braziian state of Paraná and the Argentine province of Misiones. One of the many spectacular views one can experience here is the infamous Devil's Throat, also known as A Garganta do Diabo in Portuguese. It's a U-shaped 150m wide and 700m long (490 by 2300 feet) cliff, marking the border between Argentina and Brazil.

So, if you're ever in Brazil, DO NOT pass up the opportunity to visit them!!

Apres avoir traverser tout le Bresil de l ouest a l est, nous voila reparti pour le chemin inverse, on connaissait deja Foz, mais la premiere fois, on etait presse du au carnaval, la aucune pression, on a le temps de visiter, se promener, et voir les fameuses chutes d Iguacu.

Apres que dire de plus, les chutes sont tres impressionnantes et voila!!
