After commiserating with each other for a few minutes we decided to check out Ipswich.  When we got there we found a parking spot near the marina and did a bit of walking around.

Down by the marina are a lot of old buildings that are being demolished to make room for new apartments going up.

Ipswich was a lot like Norwich.  Not quite the touristy town, kinda small (excuse me) “quaint”.  We didn’t eat there; we couldn’t find a pub or restaurant that was open.  Oh well, it looks like we’ll just be sticking to our tried-and-true Cambridge for the remainder of our time here.
