Glasgow

getting gas at 9 o'clock, somewhere in the Highlands.

The much anticipated trip to Scotland has begun!  Finally we’re on our way to Glasgow.  The drive to Glasgow was mostly uneventful.  We left Cambridge late in the afternoon.  We figured we’d stop for snacks on the way up.  Traffic wasn’t too bad for the seven hours we were on the road.  There was one accident that tied up the highway for about half an hour.  But even then things weren’t too bad because, hey, we’re on vacation.  The whole weekend schedule was flexible.  We planned the trip to include stopping where we wanted to stop and not being in any particular place at a particular time.  So… It was well into the night when we arrived in Glasgow.  Everyone was kinda tired from the drive up so we all decided to just hang out and have a glass of wine in the hotel then go to bed.
