Callander
September 1, 2007
The next morning we piled into the car and continued on our trip up the A84. After being on the road for about an hour we came to this little town called Callander and decided this was a good place for a pitstop and to get breakfast at the local bakery.
Not much to say about Callander. It wasn't a planned stop. We were just driving along and there it was. It looked like it only had one street, the main road running through town. But this is why we had the flexible schedule.
Inside Callander is St. Kessog's Church, which hosts the Rob Roy Centre. Apparantly he was the Scottish version of Robin Hood.
After a breakfast of sandwiches, shortbread, and juices we continued on our way through the Trossachs National Park up to the highlands.
