The Beauty of Soldier's Bay

Fresh air, beautiful beach, what else is missing? Ahhh...thats right...walking bare foot so that I can truly soak in the experience. The cold gritty sensation was wonderful until I headed further down the beach. Masked by the sand I managed to cut my feet on the shells. A truly painful situation as the sand seeped into the sores I slowly hobbled back to my shoes where I conveniently slipped on some algae and was left writhing in pain. Thankfully it was only a 10 minute walk back to the house.
