Barcelona's street

Finally the main reason of our stay in Pineda de mar was reached - Barcelona. We woke up quite early like for summer days but about 12 o'clock we were at the railway station. The ticket to station Franca in Barcelona costed 3,10 eur for a person so it was quite cheap. The jurney took 1 hour in very confortable train. We got 2 possibilities to tour Barcelona: by metro (5,25 euro per day for one zona, where one zona = Barcelona) or by turistic bus(19 euros, double-decker bus, all day, 23 eur for 2 days, there are three routes and you can get in and get out wherever you want). If you compare this two options you will know what we chose:).

In Cathedra de Barcelona

Unlike as it was in Lyon metro you don't have to have coins to buy a ticket. There is a possibility to buy it in ticket office.

First thing we visited it was a garden near to railway station. It was beautiful and still it is. There were possibility to see animals in zoo but we decided going to the city center.

We saw Cathedra de Barcelona. Ticket costed 5 euro and it was worth it. There are a lot of beautiful naves, candel's light, garden with geese and historical pictures.

There were possibility to go to the roof by the lift and admire the view from the top. I recomend it.

Sagrada de familia is one of the famous buildings in Barcelona because it has been built from 100 years and they still working on it. The queue was horrible so the view of the  building from outside must suffice me.

Trip on the line

The music on the street is rousing. Near cathedra there were musicians who were playing on the lyre and mandolin. The sound was awesome.

We were spin around and we were lookig for some interesting places. In the city center there is a lot of small streets where you can see the other face of Barcelona which is lit of bit wanting but with special ambiance. You can see there the wheel of the bicycle which is pin to some metal column. The rest of the bicylce was probably stolen.

I bought wonderful guide of Barcelona which describe unusual places, cafes, peoples and night life that you can't find in other guides. If you see red small book with white paper and a sign:"a weirdand wonderful guide to barcelona" just buy it.

We wanted to see Cosmocaixia - the planetarium but getting there were diffcult.

Sagrada familia
The metro don't get to this place. You have to take the bus or a train. We waited 20 minutes for the bus and it didn't come so we laied down.

We took the trip in line and we admired the view of the city and the sea. please remember that last tour is at 20 o'clock. It costed 8 euro. It was cheaper then the line of Montjuic.

We ate in a restaurant near the railway station but I don't remember its name. Paella costet there about 7.50 but without the tax. It was good but I ate better ones.

This is some kind of roule that outside the main tourtst route you get better food and lower prices.

We were of course in Zara shop. There were sale so i bought sweater and blouse. I like the Spanish desing especially of the bathrooms. There are usually white with a specific shape of the basin and taps - the squere ones. I love it.

The day finished in the last train to Pineda at 22:04 o'clock.
