2-5 Jun: Salar de Uyuni
1st Jun, Crossed the Bolivian border with the Great Danes (Niels and Tasja) who I met in Tilcara.. . Bussed to Tupiza that afternoon - not the same comfort we'd become accostomed to in Argentina but we made it in time to hook up a tour to the salt plains of Uyuni leaving the next morning.
Despite being a long time sitting in a 4WD over the 4 days (I've still got a sore butt), there was some awesome scenery. Photos tell the story... the trip went from Tupiza East towards the Chilean border and the looped back towards the salt plains for the last day. Sunrise was cool... played silly buggers with perspective shots for a while... shall post them up when the other guys send em to me... my camera screen is still broken so bit tricky to do anything too technical...
