My blog is finally finished!!!Me and Lori backpacked across Europe this summer and had the time of our lives and this is our trip! Also, Lori and I decided to rate our cities out of 10 because train rides are long and we get bored..so I thought I'd share those as we had a lot of fun making them. Heres the criteria /2 Hostel /2 People /2 Nightlife /2 Sites /2 Weather /10 Total but each City can recieve bonus points for whatever we feel like giving it bonus points for.

Our first day of sightseeing!

The next day we had to switch rooms and then we met Lori's friend Chris that came down from Nottingham to meet us. We did some more wandering, we walked down to the Parliament Buildings and saw some cool things on the way there. Then we went into Westminster Abbey, which was amazing. After that we walked across the bridge and went on the London Eye. The weather was pretty crappy so the views weren't as nice as they could have been, but it was still fun. On our way back we walked by the Cafe de Paris and there was a huge crowd, apparently Abby Titmus(sp?) was there. Apparently shes famous, still have no idea who she is. That night we decided to go out, first we went to a pub called the Crooked Surgeon. I had my first European drink there, a Heinekin. It was kind of boring there so we went to another pub called O'Neills. It turned out to be an excellent idea. It was my 19th birthday at midnight and we met some other Canadians there and they bought me my birthday shot, aftershock. We had a lot of fun that night, we got their phone numbers too and ended up meeting up again the next night.
