The Summary

One of the most amazing and undervalued cuisines is hiding on the Balkan peninsula, and especially in my home country of Serbia. Food that you can find in this little country is a mix of central European cuisine (such as Hungarian, Austrian), Middle Eastern (Turkish, especially sweets) and South European food (Greek). Of course Serbian cuisine is not pure copy of this distinctive cuisines and it has excellent and original twists.
