Best fish and chips in New Zeland
After you've just been out to watch the whales and spot some dolphins in the sea off Kaikoura all you need is some nice warm fish and chips.
We popped in to this little place and bought 17 people's worth of food (bet they loved us)and then sat happily on the seafront.
When it's cold by the sea something warm is all you need and what it tastes lik isn't often very important as long as it gets you warm. But these fish and chips were the best we tasted and 17 people rating them the best must count for something so if you go to Kaikoura to see the dolphins and everything then that's the place to finish off your day.

The best thing you'll see in New Zealand
We went to Kaikoura mainly to go whale watching and although I didn't really have any expectations of it, it was fantastic!
Seeing the whales was amazing, the guy talking in the boat was slightly monatone and clearly didnt want to be there when he was talking to us but the sights we saw certainly made up for any of that.
We had to wait a while before we could see anything but when we finally did it was incredible and anyone of any age will love it; in our group of 17 there was ages from 8 to 58 and we all loved it.
However the most amazing part is if you're lucky and get to see any dolphins, we managed to see a pod of around 150 dolphins and they were all around the boat flipping and everything.
For the whole 3 weeks I was in NZ that was the best trip and I would recommend it for everything it's got!!!
However yo may feel a little queasy if the sea is rough, but as soon as you see the whales it'l disappear. I promise.
