As expected we spent 4 nights in Canoa, the weather was better and we had 2 lovely sunny days out of 4. More relaxing at Bambu hostel, Messing about in the waves, reading (Time Travellers Wife, really enjoying it, thanks Liane) happy hour cocktails, walking on the beach and not a lot else.  Had to lay of the Ceviches after we read that you need to be careful as can cause Cholera, whoops. They are sooo delicous though and so far no problems so think we are safe.

Left on Thursday night at 10pm, night bus to Quito, supposedly 8 hr journey but got held up along the way as we were 3km behind a big bus accident, so 6 hrs later, we continued to Quito which wasnt so bad as got to enjoy the view out of the bus window, which was really beautiful, rolling green mountains, patch work fields and lots of Banana Tress (Speciality of Ecuador).

Finally arrived in Quito at 2pm Friday afternoon, found a cheap N fairly cheerful hostal and went out for some sushi!

Tonight catching up with friends who we met at the Galapagos and going to a Pena to catch some traditional music.
