Pitstop in Hanoi before heading up to Sapa
November 27, 2006
As I arrived in Hanoi with a
Korean and Taiwanese couple, we wandered around Hanoi, only to find out
that they were all closed. We popped by the Mausoleum, and the History
Museum and were simply declined entry.
We checked the map out and literally found there to be few major landmarks, and decided to just kick back at a mall or coffee somewhere. We also popped by to the Water Puppet Theatre, and not surprisingly all the tickets were sold out for the day.
At 8:00, I split from the couple and went my own way to head up to Sa Pa, while the couple headed across to Ha Long bay.
