Glebe and Darling Harbour

Another of the Harbour Bridge - it is an amazing structure though

This morning we headed out to an area of Sydney called Glebe (Dave went to see Rushcutter's Bay), which is quite a bohemian/studenty part of town, with lots of second hand bookshops, yoga and meditation centres. It has a very alternative feel to it. We went to a fairtrade/organic pavement cafe for breakfast before having a look around a couple of bookshops.

Met Dave back at Circular Quay, and sat for a while watching the cricket on a big screen, England looking like they were now about to lose the 4th test too. Hopped on a ferry across to Darling Harbour and finally found where we were to catch our boat on NYE. Darling Harbour is very well developed, with cafes, restaurants, hotels, and wildlife/aquarium centres. We showed our Englishness today, having gigantic apple/rhubarb crumbles with our afternoon tea (very civilised) and then us all having fish and chips for tea.
