One of the diving boats in the cove

A slightly later start today - 10am.  After a little more theory in the morning we did our final exam.  Then after lunch we went to do our first two dives.  Again we were slightly worried as we would be going down to 12 meters today but we were also excited at finally getting down to business.  The first dive was at a site called 'Japanese Garden.'  We all apprehensively went down, a little worried about our ears not equalising, but pretty soon we were at the bottom and following Klaus on an exploration of this underwater world.  It was amazing how soon we relaxed into the dive.  It helps that it is so peaceful.  The fish swim about as if you are one of them and we just floated there watching, often being surounded by shoals.  It wasn't all fun though, we still had to do some skill practising - this time in the deep at 12 metres.  More fun with the masks and some more floating.  All done ok though.

Second dive was at a sight called Twin Peaks.  Again it was wonderful and we didn't have to worry about doing too many skills this time, just using each other's spare mouth piece at the end as we ascended.

In both dives we saw loads of fish, trigger fish, eels, clownfish, and hundreds more that we couldn't identify.  We could quite get into this diving!
