Hua Hin Beach Break from Bangkok

We have been going to Hua Hin for years and years, I remember it so well from when I was younger.
Hua Hin is a nice relaxing place that is still cheap for shopping, eating out and cheap local transport. We have stayed at many different places from budget hotels to the best luxury hotels in Hua Hin. Where we stay in Hua hin depends who is going, if with some friends, like on this trip, we decide if we want budget or luxury, this time we went for luxury and stayed at the Wora Bura Resort, which is lovely. We know this area and there are some of our favorite restaurants nearby. Hua Hin town is very busy, especialy at weekends, we prefer the quieter areas of Hua Hin beach and the Wora Bura suited us perfectly.

The Wora Bura Hua Hin is right on the beach at Khao Takiab, just south of the center of Hua Hin town. The Wora Bura is beautiful, it has a wonderful Thai design and the buildings are well spaced with plenty of gardens. The rooms are excellent at the Wora Bura and the Spa is also very nice. You must expect a spa at a luxury hotel to be more expensive than outisde but we still thought it was good value for money. The staff at the Wora Bura were very pleasant. We have a lovely meal at the restaurant area outside near the beach. if you want a Hua hin luxury hotel on the beach the Wora Bura is a good choice. The cheap rate for the Wora Bura was ony THB 3,350 for a Superior Room including breakfast which was very good indeed.
