Profile
So many places to go ..., so little time. I was bitten by the bug long ago as a high school exchange student in southern France, and I have a passion for meeting new people and learning about different cultures. I'd like to know everything you can tell me, and I'm willing to share!

Hi T.,
I wish I was a bit farther south, but I'm up in the eastern part of Canada. I've been sailing and the weather's been great , how are you? What bring's you to CA?

Hi Tom,
Thanks for the thoughts :) I'm actually on your side of the country, but, you being you, are off on another adventure I see. Have a great time in California. Will this be for business, pleasure, or both? Hopefully you'll make it to wine country.

Sloggin around the Emerald Isle!
Apr 20, 2008 - Apr 24, 2008
Ireland's the 20th largest island in the world - did you know that? Me neither, and I'm not sure that's meaningful. However, Ireland remains an evolving enigma, albeit for differing reasons. The country continues to evolve from provincial to a world stop. What's constant; the weather of course - typically rainy and grey, with spurts of sunshine, and hopefully soft climes. What's changing; the people and the economy - dramatically. These are shots from the Connaught to present Dublin.

April in Paris 2008!
Apr 05, 2008 - Apr 16, 2008
What can you say about Paris - it's awesome! The weather in April can be iffy, but the trees start opening and the crowds aren't crazy like summer. Despite what some people say, as long as you make a little effort, the French are friendly and helpful. And the food, ..., and the wine ... OMG!!!

Praha!
Dec 03, 2007 - Apr 13, 2008
Welcome to "the Capital City of Praha." Situated on the River Vltava in central Bohemia, Prague is the political, cultural and economic center of the Czech Republic. Home to 1.2 million people, Prague is clearly one of the most beautiful cities in Europe and the world. Since 1992, historic Prague has been on the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites. Christmas time is Prague is incredible - words cannot do it justice. A visit here should be on the short list for any serious traveler!
