böser chinese ("the evil chinese) is a nouvelle cuisine restaurant in düsseldorf. it offers no other than exceptional cuisine from china - old traditional recipe but with a new age touch.
the food prices ranges from: drinks 2 euros up, the appetizers 4-8 euros and the main dishes from 8 euros up - quite a bit expensive, but the cuisine passes exeptionally to the palate. almost everything is based on noodles which is handmade - the order takes its time - because the noodles are made to perfection. the people who eat are quite the yuppies of düsseldorf - classy. the ambiance is perfect, you can talk and listen to the music at the same time because the acoustics inside are well done. it is one of the "discover yourself" restaurants in düsseldorf because its not located in the city center - it is located in the district of flingern (where i live) where yuppies and alternative people chose to live :D |
