Midwest is a fashion store. They have Tokyo and Nagoya.
If you like Europian fashion or not a typical Japanese fashion, this is the best place for shopping. Lady's and men's store is separated but it's next door. Clothes, bags, shoes and accesseries(very cute).

If you are tired of shopping in Sakae, go to the MIDWEST cafe on the 4th floor of this building.
Inside of the cafe is pretty big and they have different types of tables and chais that you can't see at other cafes in Japan.
When its lunch time, they have specials each day. You don't know what you can have until you actually go there. Also drinks for the lunch time is refillable. Though you have only 5-6 drinks. Mostly juice and tea.
The price is reasonable. You can have lunch around 1,000yen, dinner would be less than 2,000yen.
They have original dishes and it's not a small dish like any other Japanese restaurants. You can enjoy this nice atmosphere and delicious food.
