Most Memorable Travel Experience
- Walking into the ocean in Puerto Galera, Philippines when I was little.. I got neck deep in the water and could still see my feet. Beautiful, crystal clear water.
- Burning Flipside 2011 and the burning effigy.
- Public bathhouse in Japan when I was 10
- Many Florida trips with my family when I was young
- Traveling out west with my dad. We saw tons of cool stuff like the white sands desert, catuses in Saguro National Park, drove up Route 1 from San Diego to the redwoods.. Another time, in Colorado, going through small mining ghost towns. One had a place that sold cigarettes and bullets individually.
- Grand canyon

Profile
I left my job, severed all ties, sold everything I own and now I'm traveling!
ENFP.
I want to meet people to travel with! Locals or other travelers - doesn't matter. I don't like to rush and I enjoy laid back travel partners.
I'm traveling to see the rest of the world and find out things about myself.
I love seeing nature. Anything that is GIANT.. or beautiful.. or just somehow stunning. Also very interested in cultures of other countries. I really want to stay with some locals and see how they live.
I'm pretty flexible with travel. I don't like having set-in-stone extended plans most of the time. If I'm somewhere and meet some really cool people or discover that I missed something, I'd rather stick around than stick to a schedule.
More about me:
I LIKE TO HAVE FUNNNNNN
I like to hike, bike and just generally be outdoors.
For work, I used to travel around a lot of the United States, mostly by air. I'm a programmer/internet guy most of the time.
Martial arts have occupied a large portion of my life. Aikido, aikijiujitsu, kali, wing chun, krav maga and brazillian jiujitsu are my favorites that I've studied. I'm very good at using leverage and redirecting force. If you like to roll, I'm your huckleberry ;)
I like to discuss just how ineffective and silly most martial arts education is.
other interests:
what im going to do next, morality/amorality, apocalyptic scenarios, personal behavior patterns, sustainable technologies like domes and renewable energy, the stupidity and herdishness of humans and what that means for me, the planet, the universe and the future of the humans.
I like people who are honest and express their feelings well. I like them to be intelligent and open minded.
