I met Hali in Arequipa , Peru. We spent time in the afternoon together as well as had the ability to share a meal together.

Hali is a very alert, travel wise lady who has no problem jumping in, with both feet into the local experience.

She has huge respect for differences in cultures and tries to immerse herself into the local atmosphere. Mind you, her red hair perhaps makes that more difficult...:)

I do like this lady and her travel traits. Her desire to absorb local culture was noted and her eye is very observant of local realities.

Hali is mature and in my mind, would be a joy to travel with, if travel styles can be blended.

I am vouching for Kunaal, because I want other people to know him as a fantastic person and a perfect guide. Thanks to Kunaal me and a frind of mine I was travelling with could discover Dubai from a different site, not the one you can get in guide books or the web. Kunaal has shared with me his knowledge about the country and the city he lives in, so now I know so much new. Having great sense of humor and being a very easy-going person makes Kunaal a great friend for everybody he knows. Now he is my friend as well.

Wayne was in Asia (and Singapore) for the first time and contacted me. After some exchange of messages, I was elected to be the Food Angel!

Wayne might look like a rapper or a football player, but he's a real softie inside! I had a great time with Wayne and thoroughly enjoyed our long and meaningful conversations over yummy food.

See you someday soon in New York so I can officially do my Empire State of Mind Jay-z rap! Haha.

I had way too little time with Giannis in a Copenhagen Airport meet-up where I arrived from US and he was flying out towards Munich. It was crazy fun to meet up in-between arriving and departing planes with just time enough for a couple of beers.

Giannis and I have talked on TB since he joined many years ago and I have always admired his fabulous pictures and had great fun talking to him, It was therefore a huge pleasure and privilege to finally meet him, even though that we only had 2 incredible fast hours together. Giannis is a great and funny guy and I felt like I had known him for years already from the first second we met. We had loads of laughs and I only wished that had more time with him. He is a real traveler and storyteller, He has a hunger to explore new places and meet new people. I can only say – He is a good friend and I will meet him again somewhere around the world

Met Sten in Antwerp, he showed me around the city and we went to this place called the The Zomerbar. Even though we got soaked from the rain it was a lot of fun, never been to a place like it before.

we got along good and we had a fun time and he has a good sense of humor:p
Also even though he was still jet lagged from his trip he still came and met up with me before I left Antwerp :)

I traveled to Singapore and Kuan was my 'Food Angel'

Kuan was seriously a great wealth of knowledge in Singapore. Plus she is fun and open to trying new stuff. What a fantastic find in South East Asia. Glad I met her and can't wait for her to come to the states so I can return the favor!

We met for a few hours discussing our love of photography.

He is a real down to earth person who is very passionate about his photography. We spent over 3 hours looking at his books he has published on his travels to 104 countries and still counting!!

We met in Bangkok Huge Travbuddy Meetup 2013

While we are in Bangkok, we don't really speak to each other that much,while everyone was busy with their daily activities.
After we back from Bangkok,most Travbuddies are travelling to Kuala Lumpur, we had made some unofficial TB meetup in Kuala lumpur, We had so much fun hang out together, eventhough it's only one night, But i hope the night doesn't end, so we have more time spending together.
I will travel with her again, in the future. Hope to see you soon, if you're coming to Ipoh, Penang or Cameron highland! xoxo.. Miss you already. Take care!
