Taxi from airport - MANILA Jun 08, 2009
if u r traveling by CebuPacific u will land in Manila in their own terminal. When going to town u have to take taxi cab (no buses or metro there), but don't take the coupon taxi - it's very expensive. When going out of the terminal u will hit the coupon taxis or the expensive airport taxis. Get back to the terminal and go up to the departure hall, take the exit at the departures and just take one of the regular taxis bringing passangers to the airport. Be sure - the taxi is metered. If it's not u have to agree with the driver about the price. The fare from airport to city (Rizal Park, Kalaw or Central stn.) shouldnt be more than 150peso. Don't be stupid tourist and don't let them rip u off. ;)

If the first driver dont want to take as metered taxi the next one will do! It's all just a play.

Yes your right, Everytime i arrived in Manila from my provincial trip I always go the departure area to get a regular taxi rather than at the arrival Hall. Good thing you new this :). Not only foreign but also local tourists are sometimes being ripped of by some dishonest taxi drivers."nakakahiya"

Finally, we left for Boracay. Six of us. Pom deliberately skipped her class so that she could also come. It wasn't a smooth journey though. We left early in the morning using two taxis to get to the …taxis to get to the airport. Apparently the domestic and international airports in Manila are located in two different…
Cebu... B?
The Holy Week break is definitely a great opportunity for Filipinos to travel. Since it always falls during summer season, popular destinations are always waterfronts. And my country is lucky…airport is. Just a few steps from the exit of the terminal, we found this metered-taxi counter, something which cannot be found in Manila
