I'm not sure why you would arrive at 11... I would advise getting there no later than 8 or you won't get in till 1. I had a VIP pass and still had to wait an hour in the VIP mob. The line itself probably goes an eighth of a mile. Cover was $30 for guys and $20 for girls.
