Peru, what a country/culture/people. I think it will be hard to compeed with this country.

I promise myself
To be strong that nothing can disturb my peace of mind.
To talk health, happiness, and prosperity to every person I meet.
To make all my friends feel that there is something worthwhile in them.
To look at the sunny side of every thing and make my optimism come true.
To think only of the best, to work only for the best and expect only the best.
To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as I am about my own.
To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.
To wear a cheerful expression at all time and give a smile to every living creature I meet.
To give so mcuh time to improving my self that I have not time to criticize others.
To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the prensence of trouble.
To think well of my self and to proclaim this fact to the world, not in loud words, but great deeds.
To live in faith that the whole world is on my side, so long as I am true to the best that is in me.

What you think creates your life. All you have to do is ask your self what you are willing to accept in to your life and learn to focus your thought consciously and cosistently in order to create what you want.

You are what your deep, intrn wish is. As your wish is, you will be. As you will be, will be your deeds. As your deeds will be, will be your faith.

Today is the beginning of my new life, all good things are coming to me today, I am grateful to be alive, I see beauty all around me, I live with passion and purpose, I take time to laugh and play every day, I am awake, energized and alive, I focus on all the good things in life and give thanks for them, I am at peace and one with every thing, I feel the love, the joy and the abundance, I am free to be my self, I am magifince in human form, I am the perfection of life, I am grateful to be, me.

In life it's not necessairely to be strong, but to feel strong and to measure yourself at least once.

I'm a ferm believer of 'if you think positive, all good things will come your way'. I'm such an admirer for people who embrase life to the fullest and enjoy the wonderful things, the beauty, the nature and eachother. You need to live you life to the deepest cor of your existence, because you only live once. You only get to do, what you want at this very moment. So stop putting things out and just do what you want to do. Make your dreams come true and don't let anyone make you believe you are not worthy. It's a blessing you have been born, so enjoy the course of life and smile.
