Profile
I really haven't updated this site in a while so its about time. gotta bring my travel blogs up to speed so i have alot of work to do. a sexy, sultry greek girl has my camera with my central american photos :( but God that was worth it- i'll get 'em back soon i think. so i'll post those when i can!

i have been in Istanbul, Turkey for six months now and love it. hate the public transport but love the city and love turkey. i just quit my job 'cause of an.... issue with my boss came up. so outside of having to get involved in Turkish mafia and possible deportation from Turkey, all is normal and well here :) Istanbul picks up this time of year so it's gonna be fun! Holler at me if your coming and i'll throw out whatever tips I can for ya!

My one year in Turkey
Oct 22, 2007 - Jun 26, 2008
Istanbul, Turkey -› -› ...
This blog partly covers my time in Turkey and mainly I will use it as a survival guide for Turkey, especially Istanbul where I spent a majority of my time working. I will give you what I can on the culture, my perceptions as a westerner adjusting to life here, business practices, mindsets, things to avoid, things to do and anything else I think will be helpful for travelers. I will discuss the use of travel agencies to get around, and how to save some cash, especially in Istanbul! Hope it helps!

Euro-Road Trip 07
Oct 09, 2007 - Oct 13, 2007
I talked two of my closest friends into hitting up Europe with me for a few weeks by car before I move to Istanbul, Turkey. Tracy, is a first time traveler who has never left the states, Israel- he's a travel pro! We will start in Frankfurt, Germany and then head south we just don't know where yet. The goal is to end up in Prague and part ways there. Ben is in Switzerland, and we might hit him up there. Who knows! Right now all we know it's gonna be a damn good time!

i´m attempting the usual impossible. why this always happens i don´t know but i´m gonna do central america from costa rica back to texas by bus in under a month. i´m not really planning anything and i have nothing set in stone. i don´t know what countries i´ll visit or what places i´ll go to or how long i´ll be at each. i´m armed with a small pocket knife and a spanish phrase book, so my safety is gaurenteed! we´ll see what happens :)
