Östersund, Jämtland's only city, is situated in the eastern shore of lake Storsjön. It is linked to the island of Frösön and the surrounding mainland by serveral beautiful bridges. Just a quick trip from Sundsvall to here, so that the trip back into Norway is a bit easier.Apparently the lake here has its own version of the Loch Ness Monster.
