other than the travelling, my main interests are reading all different sorts of books, And another love of mine is film, be it indie or classic hollywood.. i also like hanging out with my friends, be it pub, club or gig... which leads me to music, i absolutly love indie music, and love seeing bands live.. and i also love to cook... esp greek and thai..
Books you might find in my backpack
Anything that can be changed at the hostels, but i wouldnt take another Footprint guide with me, its useless and is very pricey!!

Most Memorable Travel Experience
finally seeing the pyramids of Cairo,after always seeing pictures in books, smaller than how i thought they would look like. Also watching the sunset at Thira in Santorini, and having a sloth fall from the sky while in Manuel Antonio in Costa Rica. And most recently doing the famed Inka Trail, esp dead womans pass!!!

i am looking to move there. im flying over december first and going to make the best of it. i was advised against living in san jose. i was told jaco was much nicer and safer for me. where would you suggest living? is there an active nightlife there? or anywhere safe? i want to have fun, but want to be around people also, not alone. any thoughts or info that you have would be extremely helpful and much appreciated.
