Hey, Houston is a fun city. Or at least I think it is. If you're asking about the nightlife, well you've got many options. I am more into the bar/lounge scene so you can either go to the Rice Village, Midtown, or Downtown. Rice Village is more of a college crowd. Midtown is college students and 20s-30s. Maybe even older at some places. But it is the more "hip" area. And downtown is more for those who want to go clubbing afterwards. There are a lot of clubs and bars downtown, so I'm sure you'll find something you like. Other than that, Houston is a pretty laid back place. I've lived all over the US and it is relatively cheap, people are easy-going, and there are things to do, you just gotta go out and find them. Only thing is, Houston is a huge city and very spread out. So get some form of transportation, b/c you can drive for an hour and still be in Houston city limits. Anymore questions just ask me. When do you plan on moving down?

Thoughts on Mexico and Central America
Our experience was complex and difficult to summarize, but I'll try.
Our decision to return early was based on Ned's time with us and whether we wanted to continue traveling in d…info, signs, and customs before you head south. There are many sources on the internet. We printed pages in our notebook, which we used, but it is better to know before you go.
