Most Memorable Travel Experience
so many that are memorable in their own way, but my last two "exotic" destinations - cuba and east timor - were definitely special. not so much for any superlatives, but for the combination of the beauty of the landscapes, the rawness of the towns and cities, the political climates, and the people with their outlooks and their everyday lives.

arrived in zurich around 1pm, prepped for parade, danced with the parade until evening, chilled out, danced all night at moving city til 6.30am, slept on train back to geneva. [photos only]

Domodossola, Italy -› Ribellasca, Italy -› ...
2-day trip to ticino. morning train via domodossola to locarno, up to the verzasca (james bond) dam, then locarno for the film fest, outdoor screening of bourne ultimate in the piazza grande, overnight in lugano, hiked up mt san giogio, back to geneva sunday night via olten and neuchâtel.
