Hi, some Hong Kong info for you.
Places to eat: Pep & Spices, Peking Road Kowloon (center) or when you want some Dutch food go to Orange Tree on Shelley street central, HK island. Over all there are plenty restaurants and you can't go wrong. Shopping? HK is one big shopping center! I remember the mall in Shatin which is about 10 times the Arden Mall in Sac! No kidding!! I got lost in there. But go to the Ladies Market during the evening. Shops are organised in locations. 1 street with sports goods, 1 street with clothing, etc. Visit the Budda on Lantau island. Public transportation is perfect. You'll have a great time out there, i did!
