English and really choppy Spanish...maybe not even that good.
Interests
I love travel obviously, running, biking, football (soccer), photography, Starbucks, Barnes and Noble, teaching, thinking about travel, reading about travel, and anything related to travel pretty much. The way I look at it, the more experiences one has the more well rounded and informed. I strive to be accepting of everyone and look forward to meeting new people and having new experiences. Books you might find in my backpack
Music you might find me listening to while waiting for my plane
My iPod has a variety of music. At any time, I could be listening to New Found Glory, Reel Big Fish, Oasis, The Beatles, Jimmy Buffett, Michael Buble, The Beach Boys, State Radio, The Killers, Franz Ferdinand, Ben Harper, Flogging Molly, Green Day, Jack's Mannequin, Keane, Less Than Jake, Lucky Boys Confusion, Queen, Simon and Garfunkel, and Zebrahead. I know its an eclectic mix, but my moods determine my selection. I think location plays a big role in the music I select and my memories are linked to certain songs. Most Memorable Travel Experience
I studied abroad while in college. I lived in London for 5 months and traveled to 10 countries in that time. (Scotland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, and Greece.) Best experience of my life.
Profile
I just finished my student teaching. I'm looking for a teaching job, but if I don't find one locally, the world is my oyster. I am eager to teach English abroad, possibly Spain, Argentina, or somewhere in Africa, maybe Ethiopia.
"The World is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page." ~St. Augustine "Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." ~Mark Twain "We are all travelers in the wilderness of this world, and the best we can find in our travels is an honest friend." ~Robert Louis Stevenson "Here's to lying, cheating, stealing and drinking. If you lie, may you lie in the arms of a lover. If you cheat, may you cheat death. If you steal, may you steal some one's heart. And if you drink, may you always drink with me. Slainte!"

The goal is to see what I can within the New England area. Since gas is high and money getting tighter, it's time to get creative and go local.

Studying abroad, I was fortunate to go to one of the most historic areas of the world. Athens was a city of opposites. While very historic and beautiful, it was also dilapidated to an extent and dirty.
