*Road Trips in 2008 before June 13th*

On saturday I went to Oregon again.  I didn't go skydiving again, even though I wanted to.  I went with a bunch of my friends to Pendleton, OR for a PowWow (Traditional Native American dancing).  I haven't been to a PowWow in such a long time and it was quite nice to go to one.  We did not leave until noon and it only took us 2 hours to drive.  We arrived with nothing to do until 7 pm, so we spent most of the time exploring the small isolated town.  From the pictures, you can tell that there is absolutely nothing to do there. 

Pendleton is known for it's rodeos.  All the cowboys live there (at least that is what it seems like) and the Umatilla Reservation is not far away.  This place is where the Native Americans and white cowboys crash together.  There's no big problems in this town from what I heard of. 

There is no other town like it and it is way out in the middle of nowhere!
