Credit cards issued by North American banks are not accepted other than for reservations deposits. HEALTH: Medical Service, Massage. Yippy, I had a massage here to, lovely Cuban young girl with much power in her hands. OTHERS: Shops, Beauty Salon, Garage/Car Park, Foreign Exchange, Post Office, Fax, Laundry, Tourist Office, Rent-a-car, Taxis. I really recommend this hotel with it`s nice surroundings, very helpful staff and luxury rooms. I have rated the hotel prize as average. This is a fiwe star hotel and for us Norwegian visitors this is a cheap hotel to stay in.

when i went in cuba i maked a stop in cienfuego this hotel was located in the middle of the city close of the old place of cienfuego !!!!!!!It was a great location for many thing all is close the store ,the market the old city and all down town restaurant!!!!!!! I said it was very expensive for one reson ahahaha i rent a pentouse for a night it was a dream to rent a wonderfull room and this was a wonderfull one !!!!!!!!!!the room was so big ,u have many piece so u have ur room place where ur bed was ,u have a living room where the tv was and a wonderfull bathroom all was luxurious i really love it!!!!!! all was so clean and the staff was so wonderfull each morning u have a big bird in towel with a wonderfull writing of ur housecleaner i really love it!!!!! On the hotel u have a big swimming pool where u can swim util 10 at night!!!!!!!!u have a jazz room where u can listen local music played buy local musician and u can find a littl emusuem on this hotel for all the history about the place and who coming on this hotel (popular person like che guevara or fidel castro).u have many palce where u can take a lunch or take a drink!!!!!!!! i falling in love with this place!!!!!!!!

i will talk about the trip in general.It was crazy because more things depend here (canada)and there(cuba) for the road oh my god no signalisation and believe me when u drove on the city it was very strange and it is a obligation to ask your way because u lost its sure..ahahaha h but in my life it was a very good trip wonderfull and very special ...seriously cuba its a contry to see havana,las terrazas, cienfuegos, vinales trinida, playa larga for diver was exeptional,santa clara and talk with the people its amazing and fun .
