This cafe produces excellent authentic Turkish food at afordable prices. It is situated half way dowwn the main street in Cesme, next to the old church building. The ekmek (bread) cooked in a wood oven and served with herb-butter is not to be missed.

This hotel is fanastic. It's only rated 2-star in brochures in the UK, but it is so much better than that. The hotel is clean with a large swimming-pool surrounded by ample sunbathing space. There is a bar and a veranda-style restaurant space where breakfast is served and other meals and snacks are available throughout the day. The hotel is family-run and has only a small number of rooms (some of which are air-conditioned) which makes for a friendly atmosphere. The hote is within easy walking distance of the town centre, the local dolmush (mini-bus) station and the sea-front. A gem!
