Good value place in a quiet location with pleasant garden, ten minutes walk from the town centre. 250 INR (about 4.50 euro)per night for double room with bathroom. Showers don't really work however so a bucket was useful! Bed comfortable enough but a bit hard. Place a bit run down overall. CNN on the tele though so maybe it is a CNN Partner hotel.
