You have to start the year off right. For me and a few of my friends that meant a winter training camp. A few of us loaded up our cars with bikes, dogs, beer, and running shoes and headed down south to The Land Between the Lakes in Kentucky.

This is a recreational area between two lakes (like you didn’t guess that) that holds miles and miles of beautiful trail and road. We switched up the days, running biking, and then, biking running…we are very diversified people. Really though, it’s too bad that the water was so cold. My wetsuit stayed in the car all week.
