Traveling north of cali the region starts changing from valley to coffee area as we get close to the mountains. My parents are from Cartago. This is a small town 3 hrs away from Cali. It is hot but as you drive towards the "coffee region" the weather turns to a nice 70-60 F. This where the people that live in Cartago have country houses.
