The hotel was very nice and the Doorman was awesome. That's as far as the good review goes. The front desk personnel were professional but cold. Not what you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. They tried to add bogus charges, which if they had told me at the beginning before I purchased my stay, I would have paid anyway; however, they waited till my last night to tell me. They ruined an otherwise perfect stay in Bucaramanga. Even before that run in on my last day, the front desk was cold and not very helpful. In fact I felt like I was disturbing them every time I asked a question. As I mentioned earlier, the doorman was awesome. He was very helpful and acommodating. Wireless internet access is extra. If you're staying in Bucaramanga, I would recommend Hotel Guane over this one (for a downtown stay).</p>
