I'm flying out to meet Jake on Thursday night the 24th after work @ 9:30 arriving at 11:53 in Newburgh, NY.
He'll be wrapping up some meeting on Friday morning (while I sleep:) and the we will enjoy the resort the rest of the weekend.

I think the planning and anticipation part ranks up there pretty close to the cruise itself.  I have a ton to do... I have my packing list complete, my haircut appointment made, and I'm waiting to hear back from the Doc.... as to whether or not they will call in a prescription for me for seasickness ( I got pretty sick last time ) or if they're going to make me come in for an appointment (with a $25 co-pay - BLAH) We'll see, I might get lucky :) I just completed T3 (tan 3). See, I planned a while back that 20 days before the cruise I would hit the tanning bed every other day (10 tans) up to the day we leave for Tampa. I'm starting to think that I won't be using them all though. I could already see a difference after only 2. I don't want to over-do it, I just want to be able to lay out the first day on the ship without worrying about whether or not I will burn.


I just bought 4 new swimsuits on Wednesday. Jake only likes 2 of them, so I think this Sunday we'll be returning at least one he doesn't like, and I'll let him pick out one he does.  Oh yeah.. and I got a pair of big white sunglasses. hehe
