I enjoy the Macaroni Grill whether it is Colorado or Texas. I have eaten at quite a few of them but this one in Denver was a really great experience. My friend Kerry went after church along with his son and we had some pretty good eats. All of the staff have a talent for writing their names upside down on your table. Our waitress went a step further by writing it backwards. It is just something neat to see.

They serve you this hot out of the oven bread with your meal along with some pretty good olive oil. The entrees are pretty good size portions at a very reasonable price. They also have a great kid’s meal that only cost about 5 bucks. They bring you unlimited bread and soft drinks, so enjoy. The atmosphere is really inviting. When you walk into the restaurant, you have two open kitchens and a large dinning room that fans out from the center.

They even make the trip to the restrooms worth it. You will be able to study Italian from the piped in Italian lessons. They are pretty interesting to listen, so don’t stay too long or you might have some problems. You also never know who you may meet when you go here. We sat next to Marilyn Hickey from the Marilyn Hickey ministries based out of Denver. She was very cordial and talked with us a few minutes and mentioned that she had been to Texas and was familiar with Kilgore. Cool.
