After leaving Campbell Town, the sun was making its way towards the horizon so I decided to drive straight back home. A couple of other little towns I would like to explore at another time are Ross and Oatlands. This pretty much completes the Heritage Highway; this last lot of photos, I took from the road again and they are of sights I just could not resist.

On my holiday to Tasmania a few years ago (see other travel blog), I travelled all the way around the coastal roads, but did not have the opportunity the see this part of the lovely little state I now call home. Rich in history and beauty with wonderful little shops and certainly one particular cafe I would love to return to, this is an area to put on a future itinerary. I hope you enjoyed reading about my little day trip and browsing through the photos I took, I certainly had a lovely day.
