Ahhhh...after the last two places I stayed I thought it was going to keep getting worse. But, alas, The Rincon Beach Resort in Anasco was tip-top!

I was so taken by the relaxing atmosphere, clean rooms and friendly staff that I could not conceive of taking my camera out. I rested: pool side, beach side, bar side, (this is where the food poisoning hit - so, toilet side. LOL).

Of every place I stayed while in Puerto Rico, Rincon's Beach Resort was the most comfortable. Instead of stealing pics from the internet, copy and paste this link if you're interested.

There is a swim up bar at the pool. And this was the only actual beach front resort I found. The sandy beach front was serviced by friendly wait staff while you lounge in comfy blue chairs under coconut trees and sunshine.

The only down side, as with most all of the restaurants, is that the wait staff attend to you when they feel like it. If you're in any kind of hurry, or simply impatient, I suggest you be prepared to flag down any available employee to get what you need. I witnessed one guest who was so inclined to serve himself by approaching the kitchen window for his food rather than wait.

Either way...this was a slice of heaven on earth compared to all previous and post hotel accommodation.

Oh, and the price was the same as the last two "resorts". Approx $180.00USD, and up...</p>
