While Bart went off to spend quality time with his father, all four
of us gals (Alynn, BS, Sammie, and a friend) had our feet up,
snuggled under blankets, nibbled on our snacks while watching a
flick, "The Contractor". The flick was alrighty, something
that we would give a fair rating. Wanna watch a comedy, action-packed
flick? BS recommended to grab a moment to watch "Crank" and
that is the next flick for Alynn to watch!</span></b></font></font></font><font color="#ff9966"><font face="Comic Sans MS"><font size="2"><b><span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0%; -moz-background-clip: -moz-initial; -moz-background-origin: -moz-initial; -moz-background-inline-policy: -moz-initial;"><br></span></b></font></font></font><br></p></p>

A worker from Bouncy House came and set up this HUGE inflatable (18
feet tall!) slide for the broods to bounce, slide, and be giddy with
laughter. Now, that is a great way to expel their energy (and ours as
well)! Sammie showed off her brand new camera (that was bought at
Toys R Us from us gals) and her new outfit. Ice Cream cake is sitting
in the freezer, waiting to be gobbled down by those little mouths,
filled with glee. Soon, we will head out for a parade. Does a
birthday celebration for a young 'un get any better than this?<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Ahh... yes... Before it slips our minds, before we forget again...
Allow us to mention something ironic that happened today. Alynn, who
herself is deaf, interpreted for a deaf performer at the Snohomish
Town Festival/Parade. Did it go well? You be the judge. A perky gal
translating for another perky gal! <br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Returning from the Snohomish Town Festival and Parade, three lovely
gals spent rest of the evening having our girls night out, dining at
Cafe Flora (sweet organic cafe, quite elegant), skipped through the
isles of Whole Foods, and goofed off at home til wee early morn! Care
to join us?!<br></span></b></font></font></font><br></p></p>

thought was played in our minds and considered of either staying or
leaving northwards. The weather played a factor on our decision.
Preferring sunny days over overcasting, cold, wet days, we opted to
stay. Another factor was not having what we need in our possession.
Our roommate, one heck of a guy, did us a favor and mailed our
precious treasure that is to be used for our trip. If you want to
learn a valuable lesson from BS, never leave home without a credit
card that does not have any hidden additional charges in foreign

After picking up her broods from the VBS, our friend thought we would
be interested in checking out the quaint, little antique (historic)
town of Snohomish (interesting name, isn't it?). Before creeping into
the lil downtown, Bart and Alynn witnessed an eye-popping,
jaws-dropping moment. While the front passengers chatted away, Bart
and Alynn were observing the world outside. Before our eyes, an
accident occurred. I kid you not!! A small 80's red sports car failed
to yield to the black Nissan SUV for the Nissan had the right of way
and tried to swerve to avoid hitting the Nissan. It succeeded in
avoiding the Nissan but failed to avoid the ditch on the opposite
side of the road, soared into the air while creating waves of mud and
rolled over, landing on its roof. The passengers and driver of the
Nissan was unharmed. It is believed that there were two people in the
sports car and it appeared as if one got out with no obvious
injuries. Among many others, the scene were watched as the rescuers
did their job. Luckily, a fire station was nearby, only around the
corner! It was as if a movie was played live before our eyes! Bart,
who is only 9 yrs old, was in awe and filled with wonder! </b></font></font></font><font color="#ff6666"><font face="Comic Sans MS"><font size="2"><b><br><br></b></font></font></font><font color="#006600"><font face="Comic Sans MS"><font size="2"><b>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
To put this behind us, Snohomish was visited by our perky group and
dinner for the broods was picked up. We returned home and come
evening, old friends in the area from our college years came over.
Oh, how nostalgic moments we had, recounting the stories, laughing
about our days of experiences. It was great spending moments with
Michael and Nancy Bloomfield! As time goes by, more of our peers are
settled with careers, marriage, and/or children. Alynn and BS are a
rare breed, living in the life of singlehood!</b></font></font></font> <br></p></p>
