I stayed at the Hotel Taurus Park for 7 nights in the summer of 2007. It was a pretty decent hotel. You crossed the highway and you were walking on the beach, just perfect. So, the location was perfect. The other visitors were almost all English families who were laying at the pool the whole day long. When I was leaving in the morning to visit some Spanish villages, all the English people had already secured their spot at the pool by putting down their towel on a pool chair.

The food was weird. We had a breakfast and dinner buffet every day. Not really my style, but it was much cheaper this way. The buffets were almost the same everyday. No wonder all those English people were very fat, you could even get fries, tomatoes, bacon and really fat eggs in the morning! Their style may be different, but we had some fun with those Englishmen too, like playing cards and having some beers at the bar.

A very positive point was that the city was very close to Barcelona, just 45 minutes by bus. The beach was also great, especially in the evening. Like I said, the Taurus Hotel is pretty decent and you can have a relaxed holiday over there. But there really is a lack of culture. It's definitely no place to go all by yourself.</p>
