This is a photo account of that devstating event. A collection of unique pictures starting from just after the waves hit and going through into the New Year. I will not include any of the very distressing scenes.
Most of this area is now fully recovered.

stayin here for one and a half day was fun!!!!.

phi phi island is renowned for its corals and taking a ferry ride where the ferry anchors near the small islands and then we dip in the water to be amazed by the wildlife beneath. besides the place where your boat anchored that island was the monkey island inhabitated by none other than monkeys. it was pretty interesting to watch when ppl came towards the monkeys they congregated and started walkin towards the humans which made most of us run for cover. imagine what they would do when they invade our cities!!!!!

the place is cheap although i would recommend one bring essentials with oneself before comin here as things r a nit pricey but an experience which surely i might not be able to describe in words
